Amy Marie Jacobs

Amy Marie Jacobs, 47, of New City, NY, formerly of Haverstraw, NY, passed away on Friday, December 20, 2019 after a short illness. She was born on February 2, 1972 in Nyack, NY to Michael and Patricia Jacobs. She graduated from Spring Valley High School. In 2005 Amy moved to an ARCRockland group home where she enjoyed friendships and social activities such as bowling, shopping, trips and eating out. Amy had a great sense of humor and could be both sassy and affectionate. She was a loving soul who made friends easily and was very much loved as much as she loved everyone around her. Amy is survived by her parents, Michael and Patricia of Haverstraw, and her sister, brother-in-law Jessica and Vinny DeRosa of Salisbury Mills, and her sister and brother-in-law Melissa and James Mirarchi of Arizona. Her nephews Sebastian and Zachary of Salisbury Mills also survive her.
