Laura Rosario

Laura Rosario, 88, of Pomona, NY, passed away peacefully on February 4, 2024. She was born in Bayamon, Puerto Rico on July 4, 1935. She was married to Jose Manuel Rosario in June 1956. Laura had a career in restaurant industries and owned her own business. She had a passion for cooking, knitting, and flowers but her greatest joy came from her family. She was survived by her children Robert Rosario and Laureen Rosario and her husband Pete, grandchildren Pierson Perez, Jarrett Perez, and Nicholas Perez; and her brother Angel Serrano. She was predeceased by four brothers and one sister. Visitation will be held on Monday, February 12, 2024 from 4pm-8pm at TJ McGowan Sons Funeral Home in Garnerville, NY. Mass will be held on Tuesday, February 13, 2024, 10am at Immaculate Conception Church, Stony Point, followed by a private cremation. Inurnment of cremains will be held at Ascension Cemetery at a later date where she will be joining her beloved husband, Jose Rosario.
